If you’re trying to keep up with life and also “be healthy,” I get it. Work, family, responsibilities — it’s a lot.
Before coaching, I was overwhelmed and constantly frustrated because nothing I tried felt sustainable. Even though I grew up eating “healthy,” I still gained 20lbs… then lost it… then gained it again over about three years. It felt like I was always either “on track” or falling off it.
In 2014, I decided I wasn’t doing that anymore. I stopped chasing extremes and started building a lifestyle that supported my body and my nervous system — with holistic nutrition, hormone-friendly habits, and simple low-tox minimalist shifts that reduced stress and made healthy choices feel natural.
Now I help other busy women create that same kind of ease: sustainable wellness that fits your life and helps you feel lighter, clearer, and more vibrant.
